Return & Refund Policy

Physical Products

All physical product sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. This applies to all books and workbooks.

Items damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage at info@humanai.coach.

Digital Products

Digital products are eligible for a refund within 5 days of purchase. To request a refund, email info@humanai.coach with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Audit Calls

Audit call bookings may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the 24-hour window prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled call are not eligible for a refund. You may rebook your call at a future available time.
